Bio: When I’m not rhythm riding, you’ll find me at my cottage, crafting, or cuddling with my dogs. I have always found fulfillment in staying active socially, physically, and mentally and challenging myself to try the things that scare me a little. From creative writing to scuba diving to teaching spin, I try to continually push myself out of my comfort zone because that’s where I find growth. As an instructor at LOST, I love to connect with riders and come to the podium with infectious energy you can’t help but catch!
Class Style: MOTIVATIONAL - I want to be your biggest cheerleader! I LOVE getting riders fired up to celebrate and appreciate the great work our bodies do in the dark room. I believe that our minds are our strongest muscle, and my classes encourage riders to challenge themselves mentally so that they can perform better physically. While empowering you to surprise yourself, my classes combine movement and music in a way that will leave you feeling LOST in the best way possible.
Music: I love music that makes me want to get up and dance. It’s all about the groove! In my classes you’ll find a mix of nostalgia, EDM, pop, and tunes with a whole lot of energy. I love anything with a contagious beat. From toe tappers to fist pumpers, you’ll definitely find yourself dancing in my class (and not just from the choreography).
Why I Get LOST: Rhythm riding is where I find my confidence, enthusiasm, and most importantly, my sanity! We are stronger as a group than as individuals and I love inspiring riders to find strength through movement and become part of something bigger than themselves. I started coming to LOST for a great cardio workout, but stayed for the amazing community. Now the studio is like my second home, not just because I’m there all the time, but because the staff and riders really feel like family. As an instructor, I pride myself on making everyone feel at home, whether it's your first ride or your one hundredth!
