Bio: I was born and raised in London Ontario! I moved to Toronto for some of my schooling and work and is where I fell in love with Rhythm Riding! Movement has been a huge part of my life for many years now in many different forms! My passion for music comes from going on drives with my friends, windows down and sharing good songs with each other! Classes at Lost really bring these two into a perfect mix and I knew it was where I belonged right off the bat because it brings that feeling right back to me!
Class Style: My OTB classes are a blend between strength training and pilates! The goal of my classes is to make you feel strong and empowered by building up to challenging combos throughout tracks!
Music: I have quite an eclectic music taste, anything with a good beat you can expect to hear! You can count on hearing EDM and I may sprinkle in some rap/hiphop and throwbacks!
Why I get LOST: I love finding different ways to move by body and was instantly hooked when I took my first class. When OTB was introduced I knew it was something special and I wanted to be a part of it! OTB and Spin classes are what I look forward to most during my days. They’re 50 minutes I get to carve out of my day to dedicate to myself and my health. I get to come in and rock out to some good music, move my body and be surrounded by an amazing community! What could be better??
