Drop-in rate is $26. If you are new we offer 2 weeks unlimited for $49. Students receive 10% off ride packages and first month of unlimited options (excluding 2 weeks) only with valid student card.
We advise wearing comfortable workout clothes, bringing a water bottle (though we do have water for sale $2) and anything you might want to change into after. You are welcome to bring your own towel, SPD shoes and water. Towel service and shoe rental is free of charge if you require these! Our North location has showers for your use after class. Our South location does not have showers but there is a refresh room to get cleaned up after class. Amenities included with class price.
WELCOME! Our instructors are trained to accommodate beginners as well as novice riders. Our staff will help you set up your bike and show you around the studio. The instructor will go through any choreography and hand positions on the bike throughout the class. We'll be riding to the beat so take your time to feel the rhythm. Take it at your own pace, each time you ride you will get stronger!
Yes! Our studio requires clients to be 18+ years of age in order to ride on your own without a guardian present. Riders who are 16 or 17 require an adult or guardian over 18 present in order to ride. Unfortunately, those under 16 cannot participate in our classes but are welcome to join our virtual options from home!
Our booking policy requires you to cancel 12 hours prior to class start time in order to get your credit back or avoid a late cancellation charge. Please be mindful of booking classes you aren't 100% sure you can attend to avoid losing credits. In the event of emergency or special circumstances, please contact the studio directly firstname.lastname@example.org or South: 226-998-5678 North: 548-881-7555.
Classes start on time and we do not hold classes for late arrivals. It is recommended you arrive 15min before class to find parking and leave time for check-in. If you arrive past the class start time, you will not be let into the class but we will add you in to the next class without penalty. This is to ensure your own safety while setting up and so that you can be present for safety instructions and any important information about the class. Ultimately, we want you to be able to safely get lost in our classes and we respect the other clients who are already set up. It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time for class or contact the studio in case of emergency. Please review our cancellation policy when purchasing.
We know how intimidating it can be entering a new fitness space and we want you to help you feel at home. Our staff are here to welcome you, show you around and ensure you have all your questions answered. Our community is extremely friendly and welcoming so whether you are riding with a friend or coming solo, you are never alone. Our space provides a great place to make new friends and feel supported throughout your experience.
We will provide you with shoes to rent for your ride FREE of charge and because we love you so much, towel service is also included with every ride. Our OTB classes also include complimentary mat rental & towel service. Our shoes are SPD clip compatible, so if you already own a pair feel free to bring yours to clip in for the ride!
Forgot your hair tie? Need earplugs? Need to refresh that hair after sweating for nearly an hour? We got you covered. We have these items available complimentary. Our North location features showers for your use after class.
Our space is a judgement free zone and our studio is a cell phone free zone. The ride is about you getting exactly what you need each day. Therefore, we ask that you leave your phone in a cubby outside of the studio doors as to let go of the social world while riding. Done your ride? Post about us on social from the lobby!
We highly encourage our riders to park on Gordan Ave in designated parking zones for FREE when visiting Lost Cycle as our back lot has very limited parking and is shared with neighbouring businesses. Please follow city signage and only park in areas that are permitted on Gordan Ave. You are not permitted to block residential driveways and will be towed at your own expense if violated. We highly recommend leaving yourself lots of time to get to Lost and find adequate parking when visiting our studio as our classes get busy and parking can be tricky.
Please do not park in front of other businesses or block the laneway to enter our lot or you will be subject to towing (at your own expense). Lost Cycle reserved parking is only located in the back of the building. Lost Cycle is not responsible for damage to your vehicle and/or towing expenses if you choose to park in prohibited areas.
