All of our Membership options are non-refundable. We're unable to place holds on Unlimited memberships due anything that isn't a medical reason. You'll be prompted to sign a membership agreement upon purchasing any of our options - please take the time to read this. This outlines our cancellation policy as well as other terms and agreements. Students are eligible for 10% off the first month of their Unlimited memberships, as well as on credit packages. Email a photo of your student card to info@lostcycle.ca with your first and last name in order to have a Student Tag added to your account.

Any discounts applied to these memberships will apply to the first month only. Any early termination of an Unlimited Membership will result in a $350 buyout fee.

Through our booking app, you can book two guests into a class per your monthly billing interval.

You can book guests in under your credit package of choice - please note that this will deduct a credit from your package.

Eg. if you purchase a single credit, you may only book for yourself OR a guest using that credit. If you purchase a five-pack, you can book for yourself AND a guest, and you'll have 3/5 credits remaining.
