Bio: Since beginning my journey in 2021, LOST has provided me with new ways to challenge my body and mind. Outside of LOST I love to dabble in all forms of food: cooking, baking, and most importantly eating. I also like to keep up my strength at the gym or relax with a good book.
Class Style: My goal in each class is to keep our bodies strong and get LOST in the music. Each class is created to focus on a wide array of muscle groups, flowing through simple body movements and building to more complex sequences.
Music: I love a strong beat so you will find lots of EDM in my classes. I like to spice it up once in a while with a throwback remix.
Why I get LOST: I began getting LOST to find new ways to strengthen my body and mind. I thrive off of the energy emitted from the room and always walk out feeling confident and empowered.
