Bio: Born in Bogota, Colombia, raised in Minnesota and moved to London, Ontario in 2007. My passions have always revolved around music, fitness, working with children in healthcare and the service industry. I am currently on my journey to get my MSc and become a Child Life Specialist. You may recognize me from working Front Desk so you know I love being social and will most likely ask to see pictures of your dogs!
Class Style: Energetic and challenging! My class has a strong flow where there are moments of hard work and moments of recovery. Whether in the saddle or out, you will always have the opportunity to challenge yourself. My class will have a fun variety of endurance building jogs, challenging sprints and vibey climbs. I want you to utilize my class to meet goals that are important to you – this is your ride. Ultimately, I want you to feel accomplished at the end of the 50 minutes.
Music: Music has always been super important to me, so I put a lot of love into my playlists! I believe in the power music has to elicit certain emotions, so a wide range of music choices is huge to me. You can expect to find a lot of different types of EDM, fun throwbacks, a lot of hip hop, Latin music, and my favourite… gritty songs with a heavy bass. I love to get totally lost in the beat while working hard.
Why I get LOST: Music, movement, and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. After coming to LOST in 2020, I was hooked after realizing they could all exist together in such an amazing way. Shortly after I even began working FD because I loved the space, staff and community so much! Being active has always been super important to my mental and physical health so finding a space where I felt supported and motivated in a positive way was huge for me. Listening to loud music in a dark room while having fun on a bike has benefits that nothing can measure. My “why” also revolves around the value of individuality in fitness. We don’t all walk into the dark room with the same goals so I want to create a space where people can celebrate their own victories with the support of others and myself.
