Bio: I’m a northern girl at heart, born and raised in Northern B.C. I moved to London in 2019 for school and decided to stick around afterwards working as a dentist! When I’m not fixing teeth or instructing at LOST you can probably find me telling my cats how tiny and adorable they are. Outside of spin, I love hiking, yoga, and getting cozy & watching trashy reality TV.
Class Style: I like to keep my classes balanced with a healthy dose of challenges and moments for recovery and reflection. I love to rage to a gritty fast jog and climb it out with a heavy hitting beat and/or equally heavy hitting lyrics. I want riders to leave feeling accomplished and proud of their efforts while feeling equally uplifted and energized.
Music: I’m a huge fan of heavy bass and gritty beats with a focus on EDM and hip hop. I also get fired up by throwback and pop remixes, R&B, and fast paced rock and punk on occasion. Overall, you might find a little bit of everything in my class, but you can expect a large dose of energy no matter the genre.
Why I get LOST: Being a part of LOST as a rider and now as an instructor has been so fulfilling and full of personal growth. I truly believe when we say that this is more than just a workout. This community never ceases to inspire me with the love, energy, and commitment it exemplifies. LOST is a space to unplug, unwind, and prove to myself that I can show up for myself and do hard things.
