Bio: Born outside of Toronto, raised in Michigan, and moved to London for uni. I work as a sales manager in veterinary pet food by day and I absolutely LOVE animals. My passion is helping others improve their mental and physical health through movement, community, and music. LOST is my home away from home and I can’t wait to get lost with you.
Class Style: My classes are an immersive experience where we move and feel together as a team. I love fast, gritty jogs, fun, dancey sprints, and heavy, meaningful climbs. I encourage all my riders to get lost and I promise to bring the ENERGY to every single class! Remember, I’m right there beside you and it’s not about what it looks like, it’s about how it makes you feel.
Music: All of it - EDM, house, pop, hip hop, country, oldies. I love music that makes me feel something so I pick songs that I hope can help you express whatever emotion you are feeling in the moment.
Why I Get LOST: For years I have searched for something that supported not only my physical health but more importantly my mental health. I wanted to find somewhere I felt I belonged and somewhere that coupled movement with music. I am beyond grateful to have found all that and more rhythm riding at LOST! Every day I step foot into the studio I feel an instant release as if I just got home. As an instructor, I want you to feel like LOST is a second home and I look forward to supporting you in whatever you need each and every ride!
