Bio: Born and raised in London, Ontario. I am a Lost cycle rider turned front desk and now, instructor. I have always been interested in movement and music. I was a competitive cheerleader for 5 years and a cheer coach for 6 years. I am excited to bring my experience to the podium!
Class Style: Fun and supportive! I love all paces of rhythm riding. My goal is to have all riders confident moving to the beat of the music. If you like to laugh… I’m your instructor. You will often hear me telling jokes on the podium. #dadjokequeen
Music: My music ranges from soft rock to EDM to pop. I love uplifting remixes and throwbacks. I want riders to be able to sing and dance to my tunes. I also love some heavier tracks so we can get in our feels.
Why I get LOST:
In 2019, I was drawn to Lost by a Lululemon Instagram post. I was not very good but I loved every minute of my first ride. In March 2020, I rode Courtney’s virtual classes everyday. What kept me coming back to Lost, even virtually, was the community and their commitment to their riders. All of the amazing staff to riders are so welcoming and make you feel like part of the fam. I am excited to be apart of why you get Lost!
