Bio: Born and raised just outside of London Ontario. I am a recent Kinesiology graduate from Western University here in London, Ontario. My education hasn’t stopped there, I am currently back attending Western University to obtain my BScN at Western, to soon become a Registered Nurse. While being a student is one of my roles, I am also a personal trainer, dog lover, and coffee addict.
Class Style: un, upbeat and challenging! During my class I will ask you to challenge yourself and dig deep, regardless of what it looks like. There are times for both challenge and active recovery within each of my classes. My class includes some fun jogs to build your endurance, heavy climbs to build your strength, and some challenging sprints to bring the energy. My goal for you in my class, is to take it however feels right, and make it your ride. During our 50 minutes together, I want you to have fun and feel good.
Music: Since coming to Lost, music has become a significant part of my life. I believe music has the power to move us, to change us and to bring us together. Choosing music that you can find joy in moving to and can have fun with is most important to me. You can expect a wide range of fun throwbacks, EDM and Hip Hop remixes, the occasional gritty beat, and of course, the odd country song. Music is what moves me, so I will always pick music that’s uplifting and fun to help you power through the class.
Why I get LOST: I tried my first ride at Lost November 2021, and immediately got hooked! The way I was able to move my body in such a fun way and always leave in a better mood, is what allowed me to find joy in movement. The instructors and the community welcomed me with open arms, I am so happy I found Lost. It has been my place to let go, and to grow into the instructor I am today. I have always had a passion for helping others, with a focus on improving mental, physical and emotional health through movement. I will encourage you and motivate you to challenge yourself. However, the most important thing in my class is to have fun and find joy in movement.
