Bio: Born and raised in London, Ontario. I am an Educational Assistant for the LDCSB and I have a strong belief in the importance of helping others and providing an inclusive environment for those around me. I feel lucky to say that I have been riding at Lost since 2019 with a desire to make it to the podium. July, 2022 marked one year of instructing and I continue to find happiness in having the opportunity to help motivate others to reach their goals and celebrate milestones!
Class Style: The ultimate goal of my class is to create an atmosphere for riders to work their bodies and free their minds while motivating them in an athletic class that is fun and challenging at the same time. Through good vibes, upbeat music and dance-worthy playlists, let’s use the darkroom, contagious energy and positive vibes to reach not only our own goals, but encourage and motivate those around us to crush theirs.
Music: You can expect mood-boosting playlists combining EDM/ pop remixes, euphoric feeling songs and the occasional throwback. I believe that providing high energy, uplifting music will allow riders to leave the room with a positive mindset.
Why I get LOST: Finding different ways to live an overall healthy, active lifestyle has always been a priority of mine. I remember the first time I completed a class at Lost Cycle shortly after the grand opening; the thought of becoming an instructor instantly crossed my mind. I knew that I wanted to be a part of a community with such contagious energy and understanding in the importance of inclusivity. I am passionate about projecting positivity, supporting goals and providing encouragement to riders within my classes, ultimately providing a space where they can get LOST.
