Bio: Got a whole lot of love in me! Born and raised in Burlington Ontario, happy to now call London my home. Music and movement have always been a big part of my life. My parents say I was dancing before I could walk! Growing up I danced with a studio and as an adult I played sports, but after my first ride, the rest was history! When I’m not on the bike, you can find me hanging with my dog, watching basketball, buying more plants, or listening to true crime podcasts.
Class Style: My class is a safe space for riders to show up exactly as they are and get LOST. It’s all about balance. I love to build up our pace and choreo together so by the end of the ride you’re feeling powerful, accomplished, and inspired to see where your next ride takes you.
Music: As the self-proclaimed mixtape queen of the 90’s, I put a lot of heart into my playlists. My music choices are definitely influenced by my love of Hip Hop and R&B, but I’m a sucker for throwbacks, DISCO, fun remixes, and anything that makes me feel big feelings and want to dance!
Why I Get LOST: Getting LOST is something I do for my overall well-being. I love people, music, and dancing, so it’s the perfect fit for a good sweat, but even more so is the effect that it has on my mental and emotional health. In that dark room, it’s not just moving our bodies, it’s believing in ourselves, and each other. The more I rode, the more that feeling started to follow me home and remind me of what I was capable of outside of the room too.
