Any discounts applied to Unlimited Memberships will apply to the first month only. All Unlimited Memberships are non-refundable, and we’re unable to place holds on memberships for anything other than a medical reason. Early termination of an Unlimited Membership is subject to a $350 buyout fee.

You’ll be prompted to review and sign a membership agreement when purchasing any Unlimited Membership. Please take the time to read it, as it outlines our cancellation policy and other membership terms and conditions.

Karma Credits can only be used for Karma Classes, and no discounts can be applied toward Karma Credits.

Through our booking app, you can book two guests into a class per your monthly billing interval. You can also use credits from a Credit Package to book a guest. Each person booked will use one credit from your package. For example, if you purchase a Single Credit, you may use it to book either yourself or a guest. If you purchase a 5-Pack and book yourself and one guest, you’ll have 3 of your 5 credits remaining.

All Credit Packages have a 1-5 year expiry depending on the package purchased. Exact expiry details can be found in our online store or app before purchase.

Students are eligible for 10% off Credit Packages and the first month of an Unlimited Membership. Email a photo of your valid student card, along with your first and last name, to info@lostcycle.ca to have a Student Tag added to your account.
