Bio: Hi! Im Lola, I was born in Sudbury Ontario but have lived in London most of my life. I have 20+ years teaching group fitness classes as well as personal training. Growing up I played many sports but my passion for group fitness started while attending university at UWO. I love being outside, watching scary movies and checking out new beaches with my family. When I am not teaching, I run a small business and work as a freelance MUA. A fun fact about me is that I used to kickbox when I was younger and have had a handful of ameture fights.
Class Style: My goal is to create a class that is fun, challenging and motivating! I love encouraging others to step out of their comfort zone when they feel READY. My OTB class combines pilates, strength training and sometimes a little old school aerobics.
Music: I love all music, so you will definitely see a wide range used in my classes. That being said, there is just something about reggaeton and soca that gets me moving.
Why I get LOST: I found lost in September of 2023. I was wanting something for myself and felt stuck in my own fitness journey and was looking to change things up. Fitness has always been my emotional and physical outlet. LOST CYCLE provided that release that I didn't even realize I needed.... and now I'm hooked! There is just something about the juxtaposition of losing yourself in the dark, yet feeling supported by everyone in the room around you. All the feels.
