Bio: Originally from Calgary, grew up in London and lived in Toronto for 7 years. I previously taught & managed at a popular Toronto studio before moving to create Lost Cycle. I tend to put all my energy into my classes so my intensity is usually at 100 when I'm on the podium. You will likely see me dancing around at any given moment. I'm the one covered in tattoos!
Class Style: My class is typically FAST. I love a quick beat and challenging riders to push their endurance at their own level. Whether you're in the saddle or out, it is your ride! I am here to guide you through the 50min journey each time.
Music: Anything with a heavy bass is sure to catch my attention. I am drawn to music that provokes emotion whether excitement, anger, happiness, emotional memories, etc. I encourage you to feel it out. I play a lot of Deep House/EDM but you'll likely hear Reggaeton and Hip Hop too!
Why I get LOST: I have always loved music and my dance background has allowed me to express myself through movement for a long time. I chose to instruct Rhythm Riding because I wanted to show people the benefits of riding to loud music and letting go of their day to day. I believe that getting lost allows you to move with less impact on your joints while giving your whole body a workout. I believe in the dark room we can be whoever we want to be without worry, judgement or fear.

Bio: I’m a former ballet dancer - spin is my latest adventure in movement and creativity. I’m also a PhD candidate at Western, so you’ll usually find me typing away on my laptop.
Class Style: My class is well-balanced and focused on clear movement progressions so that riders can learn and practice the skills we teach during class and still feel challenged by pace or movement combinations. My class is great for new and experienced riders. In my class, there are no expectations for perfection or ‘doing it right’. It is your ride, not mine, and I’m equally happy if you are tapping it back along with me or riding and enjoying the music.
Music: I consistently play EDM, house, and pop remixes. You’ll be able to sing along to some tracks, and get lost in a steady beat during others.
Why I get LOST: My ‘why’ for teaching fitness in general is to address some of the negative experiences I had as a client in other gyms. I wanted to put myself in the role of an instructor so that I could ensure that those who came to my classes would not have to hear BS about summer bodies or what they needed to change about themselves. I teach from the belief that fitness can be different than what it has been, and that it needs to be different. I teach from a body respect framework, acknowledging the incredible things our bodies do for us and that our relationships with our bodies are unique to each of us. The physical aspect of rhythm riding, moving my body to the beat of the music, is cathartic for me - it’s almost a meditative experience, and I want to share that with those who come to my class.

Bio: Born and raised in Hamilton Ontario. Spent a few years in Toronto, where I fell in love with Spinning. Fun fact: I actually used to spin with Courtney there! Outside of spin, I work in sales for a local company.
Class Style: ENERGY! The goal of my class is when you leave to feel energized and accomplished with a smile on your face. You will find a combination of jogs, sprints and climbs. It will be fast and fun at the same time. I will make sure that you are having the best time possible while getting your sweat on.
Music: My classes typically are a mix of EDM, hip-hop and always at least one COUNTRY song. I love a good remix and something I can sign along too. You will typically see me dancing and singing along to most of the music I play.
Why I get LOST: Spin is my release. For me it is incredibly cathartic. The movement, music and dark room allow me to forget about everything that I am stressed or worried about. It is a time for me to dedicate to myself and my mental health. Mental health is something that I have struggled with in the past and exercise and spin have been my outlet. My goal is for each and every rider to leave my class feeling better than when they walked in

Bio: Born and raised in London, Ontario. I am currently continuing my education pursuing a diploma in the Developmental Services program. I have a strong belief in the importance of helping others and providing an inclusive environment for those around me. After almost 2 years and 200+ classes later, I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to help motivate others to reach their own goals!
Class Style: The ultimate goal of my class is to create an atmosphere for riders to work their bodies and free their minds while motivating them in an athletic class that is fun and challenging at the same time. Through good vibes, upbeat music and dance-worthy playlists, let’s use the darkroom, contagious energy and positive vibes to reach not only our own goals, but encourage and motivate those around us to crush theirs.
Music: You can expect mood-boosting playlists combining EDM/ pop remixes, “vibey” tunes and the occasional throwback. I believe that providing high energy, uplifting music will allows riders to leave the room with a positive mindset.
Why I get LOST: Finding different ways to live an overall healthy, active lifestyle has always been a priority of mine. I remember the first time I completed a class at Lost Cycle shortly after the grand opening; the thought of becoming an instructor instantly crossed my mind. I knew that I wanted to be a part of a community with such contagious energy and understanding in the importance of inclusivity. I am passionate about projecting positivity, supporting goals and providing encouragement to riders within my classes, ultimately providing a space where they can get LOST.

Bio: Born and raised in Chatham Ontario and have lived in London for the last 6 years where I finished my graduate degree and am currently working in healthcare. I realized the importance of movement at an early age after being diagnosed with and treated for idiopathic scoliosis. Since walking through the doors to LOST for the first time, I felt right at home and knew this would be a newfound passion!
Class Style: My classes are a balance between calm and chaos and leave riders feeling accomplished and powerful. I very much enjoyed the anatomy and physiology part of my studies and I like to share tidbits of interesting information amongst motivational cues throughout class.
Music: Something I can really dance to whether it's upbeat or mellow. I love styles like EDM, pop or Caribbean. I'm there for the beat and interesting musical effects or sounds.
Why I get LOST: Rhythm riding is a natural way to boost my confidence and overall happiness. I am highly appreciative of all the fitness instructors that have delivered meaningful and memorable movement experiences to me in the past. I now find myself inspired to positively change people's daily life and have a proximal impact on fitness and health in my community.

Bio: Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, I came to London when I was 18 to further my education. Here is where I discovered myself and started to build a better version of my life. I’m studying fitness and health and fell in love with spinning after my very first class at LOST. This will be my first time teaching - anywhere!
Class Style: Hype! I love intense sprints and fun climbs with a good beat. My goal is to make riders realize that they’re capable of absolutely anything and everything. I want riders to leave my class feeling proud of themselves.
Music: Mostly EDM with some fun throwbacks. I’m constantly listening to music, looking for new songs to jam out to. I’m a sucker for themes, too. I make it easy for riders to find, keep, and feel the beat from beginning to end.
Why I get LOST: I’m a strong believer that sometimes you need to get LOST to find yourself. I’m a huge advocate for positive mental and physical health, and I believe that everyone deserves the chance to feel their absolute best. For me, getting LOST is a chance to release your emotions, whether it’s stress, anger, sadness, happiness, or excitement. It’s way more than just ‘riding a bike.’

Bio: Theatre practitioner, former figure skater, music lover and long distance road cyclist. I love mixing my passions together and rhythm riding is just that!
Class Style: My class style is fast, furious and most of all ... FUN. It is well-balanced with a good mix of jogs, sprints and climbs to get the full body experience. Some tracks will have lots of choreography while other tracks will be about holding those sprints or climbs to build endurance or power. Whatever we're doing in the room together, I am here to support you. Remember it's your ride so I'm happy whether you're doing all the moves or riding and enjoying the music.
Music: You're going to find a lot of hard-hitting EDM in my class with big drops, driving rhythms and strong and gritty beats. I'm also partial to queer anthems including remixes of your favourite divas, disco, probably some ABBA and more. We are going to have a good time and PARTY together on the bike.
Why I get LOST: Spinning is where I can let go of all of the worries and stresses of the outside world and allow them to dissipate. I feel in tune with my body and focus on building power, stamina and strength. It's pivotal to the maintenance of my physical and mental health and I always feel free and ready to conquer life's challenges when I leave. I look forward to sharing it with all of you.

Bio: Born in Bogota, Colombia, raised in Minnesota and moved to London, Ontario in 2007. My passions have always revolved around music, fitness, working with children in healthcare and the service industry. I am currently on my journey to get my MSc and become a Child Life Specialist. You may recognize me from working Front Desk so you know I love being social and will most likely ask to see pictures of your dogs!
Class Style: Energetic and challenging! My class has a strong flow where there are moments of hard work and moments of recovery. Whether in the saddle or out, you will always have the opportunity to challenge yourself. My class will have a fun variety of endurance building jogs, challenging sprints and vibey climbs. I want you to utilize my class to meet goals that are important to you – this is your ride. Ultimately, I want you to feel accomplished at the end of the 50 minutes.
Music: Music has always been super important to me, so I put a lot of love into my playlists! I believe in the power music has to elicit certain emotions, so a wide range of music choices is huge to me. You can expect to find a lot of different types of EDM, fun throwbacks, a lot of hip hop, Latin music, and my favourite… gritty songs with a heavy bass. I love to get totally lost in the beat while working hard.
Why I get LOST: Music, movement, and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. After coming to LOST in 2020, I was hooked after realizing they could all exist together in such an amazing way. Shortly after I even began working FD because I loved the space, staff and community so much! Being active has always been super important to my mental and physical health so finding a space where I felt supported and motivated in a positive way was huge for me. Listening to loud music in a dark room while having fun on a bike has benefits that nothing can measure. My “why” also revolves around the value of individuality in fitness. We don’t all walk into the dark room with the same goals so I want to create a space where people can celebrate their own victories with the support of others and myself.

Bio: I grew up in a small town not far from London Ontario but officially moved to the city when I was 19 years old for school. Outside of Lost I work seasonally but tend to stay busy all year round. I have always played sports and been very active, but there was a very clear shift in my fitness/wellness journey when I found Lost- I knew this amazing, inclusive community was going to change my life.
Class Style: My class style is energetic. I enjoy fast jogs, explosive sprints, and heavy climbs, but what is most important to me is that each individual rider takes what they need from the class. I am there to help encourage, keep the energy high and support everyone to reach their goals. I want to assist riders to leave feeling uplifted, accomplished, challenged, and maybe even inspired.
Music: You can expect to hear a variety of music in my playlists! The majority will be EDM with some hip-hop, rock, pop, and maybe even a country song or two. Expect to hear a lot of heavy bass, gritty beats, and explosive drops. I chose songs that make me want to move my entire body, close my eyes, or that make me get literally lost in the song.
Why I get LOST: Since finding rhythm riding, I have grown both physically and mentally stronger. Being in that dark room I forget about everything else in life, and always leave feeling as though I am ready to accomplish anything. I would love to be a part in allowing others to have this same positive experience, whether they are working towards a specific goal, looking for a little escape, or just wanting to try something new and fun.
