PLEASE READ COVID SAFETY PROCEDURES UNDER "MORE" BEFORE BOOKING!
Please arrive 15min before your class time with a mask on to check in, get your spin shoes (if borrowing), and set up your bike. You are welcome to bring your own SPD compatible shoes. Our front desk staff will be wearing masks and gloves. Our staff is unable to physically help you set up your bike during this time so we ask that you watch our BIKE SETUP VIDEO prior to arriving.
Follow floor markers to avoid crowding in areas and seamless flow while we check in other riders.
Once class has begun, late arrivals will not be permitted into the studio. You are required to stay until the instructor indicates it is safe to exit the room to avoid crowding.
NO electronic devices or personal items are permitted in the dark room so these must be left in the lobby cubbies or at home!
Before entering the studio, you must be able to answer NO to the following questions. If you answer YES to any of these, we ask that you do not participate in riding at this time and self isolate for 14 days.
1. Have you or someone in your household been out of the country within the past 2 weeks?
2. Do you currently have any of the following symptoms: new or worsening cough, chills, fever, nausea, difficulty breathing, runny nose, sore throat, cough or unusual fatigue?
3. Have you had any close contact with anyone with a respiratory illness or confirmed case of COVID-19?
4. Do you feel physically well enough to be riding knowing that you may come in contact with other riders and staff?
We are able to currently accommodate 24 riders in our studio space with bikes distanced 6ft apart from saddle to saddle. We ask that you do not physically move your bike or switch bikes without speaking to a staff member.
Instructors will be keeping their distance from physically touching you while working. Please save physical contact for outside of the studio space.
Change rooms, stairwell and bathrooms are limited to 1 person per use at this time. Please come dressed to ride and maintain appropriate distance from fellow riders.
AFTER YOUR RIDE: We ask that you do not loiter in the lobby so that we can properly clean our space for the next group of riders.
Please avoid booking classes that you are not 100% sure you can attend. As many riders are trying to return to Lost, we anticipate that some classes will sell out quickly! Please be considerate of other riders. If you do not show up to your booked class your credit will be taken (monthly memberships will be charged $10 no-show fee). If you are suddenly unwell or in case of emergency, please contact our front desk at 226-998-5678 to discuss cancelling your booked class within the 6 hour window.
Our front desk staff will be wearing masks and gloves while working and assisting you. Our instructors will not be wearing masks while teaching but will be able to assist you contactless. Here are some of our day to day cleaning protocols:
Lost Cycle is an inclusive studio that welcomes all able-bodied individuals to come get lost in the music and have a great sweat. We have a zero tolerance policy for any disrespectful, discriminatory, or racist behaviour. Avoid making jokes or light of situations that have taken place during quarantine. Remember that we are all unique individuals with different backgrounds and personal experiences. We are here for you.
Our parking lot is very limited, we have space behind the building and a few spots at the front closest to Commissioners Road. Please find free parking across the street and neighbouring side streets if unavailable. DO NOT block the laneway as this is a fire hazard and you could be towed/fined $300. Our closest intersection is Wharncliffe & Commissioners, this is a busy area--leave yourself time to get to us!
