Refund Policy: 

At Lost Cycle, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible fitness experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. 

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds will be issued for any defective merchandise products within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds for services, such as memberships or class packages, will be issued on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund for a service, please contact us at info@lostcycle.ca with your request and the reason for the refund.
• Refunds will not be issued for any used or damaged merchandise products.
• Refunds will not be issued for any services that have already been used or expired.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method if approved.

Please note that while we will make every effort to accommodate refund requests, all decisions regarding refunds are at the discretion of Lost Cycle.
